Jump into magic the gathering—final fantasy all decks?

Hey I am new to Arena and trying to build up my collection of cards for deck building. Found the jump into option and seems a good way to get a variety of cards for a low cost.

Maybe a dumb question but whats a good way to get all the cards I can out of the event? Would selecting each packet one time get all the cards possible?

Also recommend selection for a competitive deck?
