First time back to therapy in a while....

Support

The last time I went to therapy was a year or two after the pandemic and it was private pay or discounted with a private HMO my wife had through her job at the time.

Idk what to expect from it anymore to be honest. Med management alone with behavioral health providers has worked consistently for me over time. At least the person I'm gonna talk with today is a PhD equivalent with experience. Folks fresh out of grad school are harder for me to open up to much as I respect their ambition.

Anyway, and couple more minutes and I log into the virtual conference room to try opening a vein so-to-speak with this new therapist. Wish me luck everyone.
