[TOMT] [POEM] Immortal but unaging woman, now decrepit, gives advice to young teens

It's a poem about a woman (possibly a fairy), who was immortal but unaging, and was so shrivelled up that she fit in a bottle. Some young men (teens?), find her, and they talk, and she gives some advice.

I believe the poem might have been referenced in either ZZZ or Honkai Star Rail. Thanks in advance!
