You have the option to move a single object at any moment in time up to 10 feet (3 m) in any direction.

The movement will happen instantaneously to any observers. You may choose any object at any point in time, past or future. You must be able to physically move the object without any assistance.

Time will "freeze", and you will appear next to the object at your chosen time and location. You may physically pull or push the object up to 3m in any direction; you cannot push it through other solid objects. You will not be able to move any other objects, with the exception of the natural displacement of air molecules.

When time unfreezes, observers will simply see the object "teleport" to wherever you have moved it. The object retains whatever momentum it had before you interacted with it.

If you change the course of history, you will reappear wherever you naturally should be given the changed history. You will remember your original history, and also acquire a new set of memories as if you lived through the altered timeline. If you alter history such that you would never be born, you instead return to your current time and location with only your original memories. No one will know who you are or where you came from.
