Question

I work with special education children in a summer program. These children are supposed to be inclusion. I have a ton of experience with this population. I started working with this person who is bossing me around. Then I complained and the leader of the department is retaliating against me. Im having to work with the kids and the co worker is doing artwork. Then the leader of the program sends one of the kids I am in charge of to another building without me knowing. How would you handle this. It’s giving me a lot of anxiety.
