WiFi Help with New X870E Build

Hello all, I just built my first PC, however I can’t seem to be able to install any kind of WiFi driver. I downloaded the WiFi/Lan/Bluetooth drivers on my laptop and put them on a USB, however after plugging the USB into my new PC, I can’t seem to get them to install. There’s not even a .exe to run, just “AsusSetup,” which does nothing. I checked BIOS, and WiFi is definitely enabled, so I can’t figure out the problem. Thanks to whoever can help.

My specific motherboard model is the ROG Strix X870E-E.
