How important is package artwork?

Discussion

Hi.
I am interested to know how important package artwork is in picking a gundam for everyone. We all know what is out there but I am interested to know what people really dig and don't. I make artwork so it matters to me and I just wanna know if there are any particular things..

Does it have to have japanese kanji on it? or d you like it when its translated? Do you like more photo plus graphic stuff or hand drawn and then graphic? There are lots of different kinds and I know there are so many series of gunpla but I just want to make better artwork, and know more of what people want to see.

In Japan, there is tried tested approach but no one really questions anything. I am asking to share it up but just kind of get what everyone thinks about that moment they have the box in front of them or when they are looking at it on the shelf. What is motivating you? Do you even keep the box? I know some people don't care about the box. In any case...

If you could share that would be awesome.
if you have any particular packages from whichever package graphic series whatever that really was awesome or was terrible or whatever just let me know.

Everything from HG to SD, even clear kits, etc... even if its zenplus I wanna know.
thank you.
