Best under $100 podcasting camera

Hello. Looking to start doing video for my podcast. What are some good camera options out there for less than $100? I currently just have a cheap web cam. Any suggestions for camera placement and best way to get the lighting right? I already have a podcaster microphone which has been working well. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
