jellybean-like lump on cat

domestic short hair black cat, 2 years old (recent rescue, history is unknown)

I felt a small lump a bit smaller than jellybean on her upper right shoulder. It feels under the skin and the skin looks normal. It feels a little soft, but still pretty hard, not too fluidy. Shes acting normally as far as I know

Is this a cancerous mass? It feels like 2 small jelly beans stuck together. I’m worried she has a tumor of some sort
