Sleep apnea? Should I be worried?

Last night I wasn’t feeling that great before I went to sleep so I put my O2 sensor on my finger to check my HR and O2. Everything was pretty normal. Well I ended up falling asleep with the sensor on my finger. I was laying on my back with my hands on my stomach. Well I’ve had these instances where I wake up gasping. But normally before I wake all the way up I can tell I’m not breathing good and feel my heart beating weird or fast. Sometimes I have to force myself awake. Like I’m in sleep paralysis. Well this happened last night and when I woke up I looked down at the sensor and it said my O2 was 76. I was too out of it to see the HR. Well I took a couple deep breaths and my O2 went back up to 98 quickly. When I woke up my hearing was muffled and eyes were blurry. As my oxygen went up these went away. It kind of scared me. I’m nervous to go to sleep now lol I had a home sleep study done about two years ago (which I didn’t sleep very much. Mainly bc the thing on my head was uncomfortable and I had a newborn lol) and they said I had mild sleep apnea. Could it be getting worse? They didn’t give me a machine or anything from my last results. Should I get checked out again? Will I be okay to go to sleep lol Could my sensor have been wrong? Thanks!
