Should I resign?

Good day po, fellow teachers!

I am currently employed in a private school, been teaching here for 4 years na. I applied sa DepEd for the first time this year lang and I am waiting for the RQA to be released. I am confident naman po na I'll be part of the RQA hehe yet I'm contemplating whether mag-resign na 'ko sa current school ko and wait for a call from DepEd or magpunta na mismo to schools since I got some info na may nearby school from where I reside na may mababakanteng item since may magreresign effective next month. I'm overthinking na these past few weeks dala pa ng anxiousness na ang tagal i-release ng RQA in my area.

May I get some advice po. Thank youuuu.
