It's good that the BBB caps the loan amounts that students can take our for college.

College has become way too expensive. Like ridiculously so. There is no reason a year anywhere shoukd cost 30k+. Hopefully this will be the beginning of a downward trend in college tuitutuon rates. When I got my degree 25 years ago, tuition was 7k at Clemson. It's 4 timesish that now. I see no reason why this is the case. It is really the best part of the BBB bill.
