Does anyone know how long it is til hotfix 33 arrives?

i just killed a playthrough because of the infamous radial lag bug that’s been here since patch 8’s arrival. i remember initially thinking it was because of my mods but apparently it’s a problem even on vanilla playthroughs. i really want to know if there will be another hotfix soon and if it will fix this bug. i know there are some people on this sub who have a bit of inside knowledge so i’m hoping there is sone light to shed

i miss my level 10+ enemies with legendary actions in acts 2 & 3. beefing up the hp & action economy of act 1 enemies can only go so far
