Zep left out

I had someone pick up my prescription for me and I forgot to tell them to refrigerate it. The pharmacy said I can use 3 of the pens but can't use the 4th because it will be unrefeigerated for longer than 21 days. Has anyone had this problem and been able to get it replaced by the manufacturer? I can't skip a week because the side effects are so bad. I did it once and was miserable. What can I do?
