Is utmONE easy? Can anyone take its courses or is it invite only?

Im getting confused, there's a specific thing called utmONE scholars which is invite only and then you can only attend lectures. Is it the same thing as utmONE science of learning? Am i allowed to take that course as a first year even if i wasnt given the invite to the utmone thing?

Also if i am allowed it, is utmone science of learning a bird course? Is it an easy one
