Bo6 problem

Is anyone elses BO6 just not working at all? I played a game of warzone with my friend and it was all just bots and after the game we got no exp whatsoever. So I decided to go play BO6 after my friend got off I try to find a multiplayer match for 30 minutes and nothing. I play zombies solo and do some camo challeneges, none of it counted and i got no exp from the game at all. Just need to know if this is happening to everyone ore just me and my friend.
