Didn't get a starter test?

I see everyone talking about a starter assessment, but i never got it? I tried making a new account thinking that could be the issue but still no assessment. Did I do something wrong?

A long time ago (year+) I made an account with an old email but was unable to finish the assessment it gave me, so I feel like I know what I'm looking for but it's just not there.
