Thoughts on the MP Explorer card?

I've been mulling getting it (full disclosure, I'm an employee). It comes with two passes to the United Club and purportedly two RT tickets (including Hawaii) after qualifying purchases. How difficult is it to actually USE these perks? Inshort, is the juice worth the squeeze?
