how to return an item?

I'm a seller, and this mistake is on my part, and the buyer wants to return the item to me + refund. when you open a dispute on depop, does it give the buyer the option to return the item? if so, do they have to pay for shipping, depop, or the seller? or does depop only give the option of a refund with no return?
