Confusion on what to report as asset or income. Was receiving Medicaid assistance to pay for Medicare premiums even though I’m on SSDI.

I’m on SSDI, I don’t work and don’t have income. I am married however, my spouse works. I read that SSDI you don’t have an asset limit, however, where does that fall for Medicaid paying your Medicare premiums? Did you have to report that to Medicaid if you’re married and your spouse works? I did report that to social security when I got married but I was unaware if I had to report that to Medicaid. Can someone knowledgeable offer some clarification on this? Thank you! I’m trying not to get anxious and freak out here.
