OTC alternatives to Hill’s Physician a/d wet food? Vet is closed for the holiday and sick cat’s appetite just came back 😬

My cat has been really going through it and has been under close monitoring the past week. He started his first dose of prednisone today and his appetite is finally back! The vet recommended that we give him HP a/d urgent care wet food while he recovers (he wasn’t eating or drinking), but he has been barely eating it. It wasn’t on my radar today at our appointment to get more cans and I just realized I opened our last can this morning. We have regular wet food varieties, but I’m worried that’s not enough. I can always go to an open pet store and get more regular wet food and more HP a/d on Saturday when they reopen, but is there anything I can use to get him through tomorrow? He’s FINALLY eating and drinking again and I’d hate to derail this. Thank you!
