i was sold a broken item that was described as “functioning”

i use sgw all the time to purchase gaming consoles and resell them. i’ve never had any issues doing this, every console i’ve received has been in perfect condition. today the one i received wont even turn on, despite the description saying “powers on”. is there anything i can do? i’ve never dealt with something like this.
