Contemplating whether to quit or not

I’m thinking about quitting. Most of my coworkers are easy to work with, the manager works with your schedule, and my job is super close to my home. However, the lead tech can sometimes be a pain to work with. Today as definitely my last straw. Let’s call the lead tech “Riley”. Riley always want things to go their way. If production isn’t going quick enough, they get upset. Even to customers, the lead tech can catch an attitude with them. It’s not even about being stern. It’s their tone. I can tell that this person is passionate abt their job, but it has turned into arrogance really quick. They also think we don’t work as well without them there. It’s getting annoying. It feels like elementary school and I’m way too grown for that. I also don’t like how they demand things to us. What’s even weirder is the manager allows this person to “run the show”. This person even bosses the manager around which is so backwards. I don’t think this job is worth $16 an hour. Esp with an overbearing lead tech. It’s not worth it and it never was.
