2024 CBR 1000RR Short Circuited after trying to Re-install Tidy kit?

Hi everyone, I've exhausted all my options so I figured I'd come here lol.

I was recently on a ride with some friends of mine and somehow my NRG plate came loose and was almost ripped off the bike itself see here.

After this happened, I had ordered screws that were the exact same size as the ones that I had lost. After I screwed it in with the plate and the tidy kit (or what remains of it) I tried turning on the bike to ACC mode but all I get is a black screen, no headlights, tail lights, blinkers, etc.

Then I removed the fuse box cover and noticed that [this fuse] (https://imgur.com/a/GAbnPBE) was broken. So after trying TWICE to replace the fuse and even using electrical tape to cover the exposed license plate light wires, both of my new 10a fuses blew.

I'm at a loss. I'm not sure if I should just get a completely new tidy kit and rip the old one out, or try and see if I have a bad ground.

EDIT: Also the bike was fine before I tried screwing back in the plate, so again not sure if I did something to short it out when I pushed the wires back in..
