How much homogenized (3.25%) is allowed for a 10m old? [on]

My breastmilk and supply is starting to run low. Does any one know how much is safe for baby who is a week away from ten months allowed to consume?

The government website just says it's allowed. So... That means, technically, every time she breastfeeds it's alllowed?
