Please excuse the rant, I'm feeling particularly upset tonight. 

This is from a post announcing the recent defunding of Planned Parenthood. I found this comment talking about how it "shouldn't be celebrated" because it's somehow "condemning lots of women." 

Oh yeah? You want to talk about condemning people!? 

What about the MILLIONS of babies you and women like you carelessly *condemn* each year. 

What are we condemning women to? Accepting the natural consequences of their decisions? How does that have more to do with us than it does with you? 

It boggles my mind how pro choicers get away with placing the blame on everyone else for their own actions. I'm not taking about the very few occasions where the abortion is caused by rape/incest, that's a different story. I'm talking about the astronomically high number of women who use abortions as a form of birth control and then blame pro lifers for their OWN negligence. Just because they don't want their babies doesn't mean the rest of us don't. I hate that they constantly tell people like us how irresponsible WE are because we don't do enough for the kids that live. What are you talking about!? 

First of all, maybe you should check yourself and your complete and utter lack of regard for the lives you create. Once you've decided to abandon your children, then it falls on the rest of us. That's hardly *our* negligence, that's your own. 

Childbirth is a natural consequence of the choice to have sex. No Pro-lifer I have ever met it out here forcing anyone to get pregnant. I couldn't care less if you even want kids at all, I won't force you to have children! I only care what you do once that child exists, because SOMEONE has got to advocate for them. 

I know I should probably have responded more kindly, but I feel so distraught when I think that her belief is commonly accepted. I can't help but wonder how many innocent lives are ended due to her ideology. They truly believe its fine to casually end a pregnancy if it's inconvenient! And not just fine, but some of them believe it's *better* because they've decided the child will suffer if they are born. 

Might've handled this wrong, but it's devastating how many people feel this way.
