Overview:
We’re hiring a highly organized and creative Content Department Manager to lead our growing video content team. This role is central to executing our YouTube strategy, overseeing production timelines, and ensuring top-tier quality for creator led content. You’ll work directly with digital talent and a team of editors to drive performance and consistency across all long-form uploads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage content calendars 1 to 2 months in advance
• Oversee production pipelines and ensure timely delivery of edited content
• Source, manage, and coordinate with a team
• Collaborate with creators to align videos with their brand voice and audience
• Optimize video titles, thumbnails, and metadata for click-through and retention
• Maintain structured SOPs for all content production workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Background in content creation and/or YouTube channel management
• Experience in content strategy, editing workflows, and creator coordination
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithm, engagement tactics, and title/thumbnail optimization
• Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
• High-level proficiency in Google Sheets and managing structured workflows
• Self-starter with excellent time management and a proactive approach
