How do I get my promotion to show under my listing when in the search feed like other sellers?

For example when you search my item, no red text for my promotion shows up under my listing but others aronud my listing show things like buy 1 get 25% off etc in red letters. Why is mine not showing up like that? I have 2 promotions running at same time if that matters. Thank you so much!
