Will my flight get cancelled in Newark?

Scheduled to be on Flight 74 tonight from EWR to FRA. It says incoming flight was diverted to IAD. What are the chances our flight is still on tonight?

Traveling with two kids under 3 years old, so want to make plans sooner rather than later if our flight is cancelled.
