Are booster seats allowed at the stadium?

We're bringing our 20 month old to his first game soon. He's really too old to enjoy being held constantly so we got him his own seat. But he's a tiny little thing and I don't know if he'll be able to see over the adults in front of him. We have a portable booster seat that kind of looks like a bag. Would this be allowed in the stadium?
