Legend Boot Wide too tight. Will it stretch out

I purchased the legend wide and I had traced my foot at one point and I believe someone from a boot company said for me to get wide. I’m usually a 10.5 in shoes but can be 10 or even size 11 in some brands. I got them in a 9.5 wide. I did not put thick socks on but the left feels fine but the right is a bit tighter over all and more prevalent in the pinky toe. It’s hard to describe exactly how tight but def tight. I pressed on the leather on the surrounding areas and the left is def “loose” and “softer” on the left pinky/outer area. While the right its actually tighter and visibly so. I took a flashlight and shined it on each boot while I was wearing it, the left side drapes over where they stitch the sole to the boot and the right i can see all the stitches. I know each boot can be different and wont be perfect. Will it stretch out or should i just return them for a different pair or go up? The thing with Chelsea is i dont want something so loose i just slide around in it.

P.s. I have about a thumb space of room in each boot, one is slightly more than the other.
