Bed bugs Matosinhos - Caruma Hostel Surf

Bed Bug Warning ‼️ Caruma Hostel Surf in Matosinhos! (~2.5 hrs north of Porto)

I found a bed bug in my bed a few hrs after arriving and took a photo to ask the host if it was. He confirmed it was a bed bug and then immediately kicked me out at 7pm as “I was going to scare the other guests”.

I understand bed bugs happen with so many travelers coming through hostels and I was not angry with him or anything, but since he was very obviously not going to do anything or warn/move the others in the room I wanted to warn other pilgrims stopping through to skip this one

Luckily he refunded me and luckily I found a very last minute airbnb close by.

Boo! Crazy! Going to nuke everything that touched the bed in the dryer tomorrow
