Gotrax G4 Electric Scooter charger won't connect anymore to scooter.

I have been trying to connect the charger to the scooter but it doesn't seem to be catching and hooking to charge. Worked fine before but now as I try to put it in and connect it never clicks or anything just stays loose. Thoughts?
