Thoughts on the auto

Bought as part of a 50$ lot months ago. It was not the reason I paid 50$ for the lot, I assumed it was a facsimile but it checks a lot of boxes and looks real as shit. It’s marker, looks extremely similar to many other cards signed by him. Was going to list for 40$ on eBay while clearly stating that I do not know if it’s real regardless of the answers here. Appreciate the thoughts
