Bugged ornithopter inventory?

So I took my orni scout out to Sheol to grab some Jasmine. I loaded her up, got her back home, and then checked the inventory, and it was empty. I went to the the medium ore refinery and tried to refine some Duraluminum, but it said there was nothing. I flew BACK out to Sheol and got more, and came back and was able to refine it, but then I tried to use my vehicle back up tool on my orni, and it said I couldn't back it up because the inventory was not empty. But nothing is showing up in there. So that Jasmine IS in there, but it's bugged. Anyone else had this happen?
