GPU spikes

Anybody know a fix for this? I use a MSI sword 16HX B14V (intel i7-14650 HX with a RTX 4070 laptop GPU) I just ran a benchmark in Assetto Corsa and it’s getting frames up to 250 fps with 99% GPU usage and it’ll drop from 99% to 70% and go to about 170-150fps and then in some area it will drop to 30% and get 120-112 FPS. This is a constant issue in pretty much every game I play and I’m not sure how to fix it at all. It’s not OC or UV. And it is not overheating. Max temp for the GPU was about 70 and max temp for CPU was 80. Is it a setting somewhere I’m missing?
