I’m Marine enlisted, girlfriend wants to go to OCS for army, how would this affect our relationship?

As above, I’m marine enlisted, girlfriend took the asvab, and is planning on going to OCS soon, is it mandatory we get arrived beforehand, is that relationship allowed?
