125+ point inspection?

I ordered a car be shipped to my local carmax location. I waited about 3 weeks for it to undergo “inspection.” The day finally came to test drive and maybe purchase the vehicle. Super excited my wife and I hop in for test drive and the check engine light comes on 1 mile in. No big deal, I’m fairly familiar with cars and just finish out the test drive no other hiccups. Get back to the store and sales rep reads the code and it’s an evap code, considering how the vehicle ran and no smell of fuel I suspect it’s something simple like a faulty gas cap or o2 sensor. We agree to purchase the vehicle and they state issues will be resolved free of charge to us they just couldn’t get us into service dept for 9 days. Happily drive our vehicle home and a rain storm pops up. I pull in the driveway and am checking out the stow and go seating and the entire trunk is full of about 3 inches of water where the seats are stowed. Ran water over it with a hose to find the rear hatch leaks water into the trunk. Again, still unbothered I understand things happen and water leak test is more than likely not part of their inspection. I call, they say they’ll fix it, still happy just annoyed. 5 days go by, we garage kept the vehicle, had no rain, and I had sucked all the water out and dried it the day it happened. Wife is driving the van home from t ball with our three kids under 5 and the dash lights up like a Christmas tree, engine stutters a bit and just dies on the interstate. I’m assuming alternator and this is when I’m starting to get angry because electrical components are the stated items in the “125+ point inspection.” Now, I will say the store manager handled it well and had a tow truck to tow the vehicle back to their store within the hour and we are picking up the loaner vehicle tomorrow. Wondering how I should handle this because it’s just been one inconvenience after another in 5 days of owning the vehicle. We still want the vehicle if it’s just minor stuff they can fix but I get the feeling I’m being a pushover? Anyone else have issues?
