My sister deleted Ibis paint along with my 200+ other paintings

I genuinely want to cry, i regret not buying more storage, there's no way i could get back my paintings. I had a ipv files download in case something similar happened but to my surprise she deleted that too. Now I'm stuck looking at the gray screen. I had lots of projects to work on including my game animations, commissions examples, commissions, my ocs keychains, etc .. And i didn't even had the chance to complete them, Now it's all in the trash... I argued with her but she just said that she thought i didn't need those anymore and i just said it's whatever... I might just quit art at this point it's hard to work on everything i did from scratch again.
