Stealth sucks now

I cant even pass zombies in the rain without getting aggro at times. Theres times now where I legitimately dont know what aggroes the zeds to me. It makes pvp much more difficult cause zeds keep giving away my position for no reason.

Anyone else noticing this? Seems since the update its been this way.
