father wants to modify timesharing

we’re currently 50/50 but he gets her thurs-sun and we exchange on thurs and sun. were not married and hes not on the birth certificate yet but hes trying to establish paternity. now he wants to do a week on week off set up and personally I dont trust him with our baby because of his narcissistic and abusive tendencies. I have a protective order against him which we still have to go to court for since his party asked for an extension. Idk wether to fight for more custody or Im getting petty
