Help Remembering a Card

The card I'm thinking of you would pay X mana and it would create a creature with that mana value. Not from the graveyard and not from the deck. I remember being able to do it once each turn. After paying a certain amount of mana it would only create one specific creature. I feel like the X amount was in the cards ability, not the initial cost to play.

I play arena mainly against the bots. Occasionally I will play the jump in events so I can save the decks it gives me. I've tried asking chatgpt and googling and the closest card it's given me is ornate imitations but that one you can only trigger once. I thought it came in one of the decks it gave you but I've played all the decks and maybe it was a banned card? I hadn't played arena in a year or so.

Please help! Am I crazy or does this card exist?
