If you HAD TO choose one? Great sex but friendship is non existent OR Tremendous friendship but sex isn't great ? - 30M 30F

The common denominator is that you like the other person enough to want to be in a relationship.. but curious if you HAD TO pick great friendship / strong personality chemistry but the sex isn't great OR no friendship / weak personality chemistry but the sex is tremendous.. which would you choose and why?

I obviously know that in a perfect world.. you have both. We also don't live in a perfect world. I don't want any "this is what I should say" BS.. Give me your honest perspective from experience.

TL;DR Curious as to the type of relationship is more preferred when left to choose from two extremes
