Price Drop Question

I was looking at this place when it was on the market. Originally listed for 3495 in February but eventually went for 2795 in May. Any thoughts on why there was such a drastic price drop? Have been the told the area can be a little rough but from what I could tell it wasn’t that bad. Can’t figure out if I missed out on a hidden gem or dodged a bullet.
