Help With Parts For New Pc

Build Help

Hi yall! I have been composing my first ever build and was wondering what you all would think about it, or can give me any advise! I will be ordering parts from the Netherlands. And my budget is between the €2000 and (at really the most, but rather not) €2500. I hope to be using this build for at least 7 years. Looks are not the most important thing here, but i think i like where it is at now regarding the looks.

CPU: Ryzen 7 9800x3d GPU: Powercolor Hellhound 9070 xt oc MoBo: Asus Tuf B650 gaming plus wifi RAM: G. Skill ddr5 trident neo rgb 32gb (2x16gb) 6000 cl30 CPU-Cooler: Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 A-RGB PSU: Silverstone SST-DA850R-GMA Memory: Patriot Viper VP4300 Lite 2tb m.2 ssd Case: Lian Li Lancool 207 Monitor: AOC Gaming Q27G4XF 27" quad hd 180hz ips

Total cost: ~€2150

My main struggles right now are:

The decision between 9070xt or 5070ti (I will start University Computer Science next year and will use this pc for that, but also for gaming, price difference ~€150, 5070ti is more expensive). And if i went for the 9070xt, is the powercolor hellhound the best pick?

Is the PSU any good? 850w seems like it would be enough, but is the brand / psu itself good?

PS. I know i prob dont need an aio, but something alike the peerless assasin 120se just didnt look that good and gave issues with ram clearance.
