Current Valid Passport/Passport Denial List

Hello,

So earlier this year I finally got my child support notification after looooooong process. I suddenly owed over 15k and have been making elevated payments to knock it down quickly (already under 10k in 2 months) because I do believe in paying it. The problem is I have to travel internationally for work and have to travel on the 12th (Of July) and just got the letter that I was on the Passport Denial List. I am confused and concerned that I won't beable to check in when I arrive and I have no idea what to do. Does this currently affect my valid already issued passport? I am not finding any useful information and called like 9 numbers today and it was just all automated systems...
