Is it worthwhile to seek referral/second opinion

I (26F) recently went to a GP for persistent acne, which has been getting worse despite using tretinoin. GP suspected the acne might be due to PCOS and ordered quite a few tests (FBE, EUC, LFT, CMP, UA, HDL, LDL, TG, BSL, B12, folate, fe studies, vit D, TFT, FSH, LH, oestrogen/progesterone, androgen+testosterone, AHM)

A few results were flagged: DHEAS: 8.3umol/L (reference range is 2.2-7.9) FSH LH ratio (GP stated this should be a 1:1 ratio) FSH: 2.0 IU/L LH: 0.7 IU/L AMH: 29.4 pmol/L - GP said this was within normal but below average for my age

I believe these tests were taken day 10 of my cycle, although I’m not 100% certain. I know this unfortunately adds some uncertainty.

GP had a couple questions for me about family history of early menopause (which I don’t have) and family planning, but said he didn’t think it was PCOS. I’m wondering if these results are worth following up on — if they may be suggestive of low ovarian reserve? GP said they weren’t sure of relevance of the high DHEAS and to come back in a year. For some context I’m a first year medical student so I’m conscious of difficulties timing pregnancy.

Happy to provide additional results if it would be helpful. The only other flagged results were high iron and bilirubin. High iron has been around since childhood and have tested negative for hemochromatosis.
