Transit for the stampede?

I have only ever been to Calgary once and have never used transit before. Im not necessarily going to stampede but am going to the badlands music festival thing at the badlands tent. Is there a reccomended station to park my car and then take a train or bus to the badlands tent? Just would rather get an opinion here on what would be my best option for this. As id prefer to park at a station.
