Anyone try doxycycline or 2nd round accutane after IUD cystic [Acne]

I had cystic acne middle school-high school, Accutane cleared my skin my junior year.

Summer 2024 before sophomore year of college, I got a Kyleena IUD and had the same bad cystic acne again. After 5 months with no sign of it going away I got it removed in December.

I immediately went on Doxycycline and Spironolactone. I stopped Spironolactone because I think it gave me eczema I’m still dealing with. 3 weeks after finishing Doxycycline, I am now seeing my skin flare up again.

Let me know similar experiences! I think I’m going to have to go back on Accutane. Has anyone done Accutane again after their IUD and knows if a low dose would be enough?
