How can i reach out to devs about this situation

Basically, i want any of the devs to optimise the game for playstation 5 players, the game is almost always fun with friends, but that 30 fps on multiplayer mode is just so terrible and choppy, damn near impossible to fight off crowds in early game cause ur at a clear disadvantage, i tried reaching out through email but i really want to explore my choices here
